As you adjust to becoming a parent to your new baby, as you respond to their changing needs over time having insight and understanding to how your body and mind work will help you manage your energy and enjoy more connected feeds.
Mindful Breastfeeding can help you experience calmer more connected feeding with you little one. Using a combination of information on how our bodies and feeding works, guided relaxations and visualisations, breath work and building your support networks…you can have a power-full feeding journey.

Call and Consultation- A personalised service, one 15 minute call and a 1 hour video call designed to help you in your preparation for feeding, explore your expectation and plans for feeding, get some great self-care resources and experience a powerful visualisation for you with your baby.
Calm, Connected and Conscious– Three sessions to prepare you for feeding, all you need to know about how your body and mind work when breastfeeding. Build trust in your body and your intuitive ability to feed your baby. Learn mindfulness techniques, practice relaxations and breathing in preparation for your baby’s arrival. We’ll use journaling, audio and self care practices together and you can create new habits at home. You get recordings of your favourite relaxations, a goodie bag and a copy of The Mindful Breastfeeding Book by Anna le Grange.
Call and Consultation- A personalised service, one 15 minute call and a 1 hour video call designed to help you on your feeding journey, explore your current experiences, challenges and hopes for feeding, get some great self-care resources and experience a powerful visualisation for you with your baby.
Nourish and Nurture– A 6-session course where we can work together when your baby has first arrived to see you get feeding established, we can work through specific challenges, develop self-care, understanding your body and mind when feeding. I will share the tools and techniques you need to ensure you are meeting your own needs as well as those of your little one.
Next Nourish and Nurture starts 4th November in Stourport-on-Severn.
Older babies- we can work through specific challenges such as aversion, teething, returning to work, self-care, understanding your body and mind when feeding.

Thank you so much for the sessions – I have really enjoyed them. They have made me realise that I do need to take a moment to be more present, especially when breastfeeding. I really liked that the focus of the sessions were not only on O but also on me and how I can practice a bit more self care. I loved the relaxations and will definitely try to incorporate a bit more of the techniques throughout my day.
